Harmony: 1 Cancer: 0

The surgery is done and was a great success. My surgeon said they got everything--woooohooo!

Going into it I thought I'd come up with some great, fabulous antidote for you. Really I laid there and recited "Don't throw up. Don't throw up" Hey, you do what works for you.

Again, you Friendternets are the best! Thank you everyone for your comments, emails and phone calls. Thanks to Brandi for her awesome "cancer can suck it" month contest (there's still time to enter!) Crystal for spreading the word and wrthy2bluvd for the blog icons. Yes, look for your left--we have ICONS! You're welcome to put them on your blog to encourage your blog buddies to get themselves checked out.

Now everyone head to Brandi's blog and enter the contest. I'm going to lay over here and count my stitches.

CANCER CAN TOTALLY SUCK IT!

I totally lost your second comment on my blog- but meant to post that you absolutely can joke about it! Don't worry, I had no intention of going tanning! Besides the fact that it was never really my thing, there is always that fear that I won't be able to close the bed because my belly is soooo huge:)

Oh for the love thank goodness! Now lather up the 100 SPF and go surfing to celebrate! I have a skin cancer scar on my leg myself and I claim it as a shark bite. :)

I am so relieved to hear your good news. I am sure you and Blake can sleep a little more easy now. What a horrible scare!! Wish we were there to celebrate with you. All night game night with lots of yummy food. :)

Thanks for the update.
