{insert witty title here}

Have you had one of those weeks?

Where your husband is gone the whole week? Where you imagine that at about 8pm every night everyone but you is having sex?

Where you spend two hours every day in traffic?

Where your kids are bouncing off the walls? It made me tired just watching them. The whole time I just wanted to say, "Okay you know what? You're at a 12. I need you at a 7 or 8. It is just a Thursday night."

Where you go to the doctor and hear key phrases you don't want to?

Where you just organized your whole playroom, went to take a shower, and came back to this?

Thank goodness next week is a whole new ballgame.

Key Phrases???? Please elaborate. Love the "mess" pic. Looks like mine on a daily (hourly) basis. I feel like I clean all day long.

Oh man, can I sympathize. That playroom picture is priceless. I honestly do try to keep our house in some semblance of order, but Clayton LITERALLY follows me around dragging out the precise toys I put away.

As for the key phrases from the doctor- I won't pry, but I hope everybody is okay.

And as for that first one- um, you know your Mom reads this blog, right?

I love what Kate did to the front room; wish I could tell what colors she threw in.

Wow, first one. K, here it goes....I can relate to #'s 1,3,5. Especially #1.:(

I am confussed about the doctor one though. What phrases did you hear? and why did you have to go? Maybe I just read it wrong. Cause I tend to do that from time to time.

Key phrases at the doctor? Hmm. That can't be good. Sorry you've had one of those weeks. Sometimes I feel like every week is like that. And my toy room definitely always looks like that. Shutting the door works wonders. And I have to admit, when my hubbie is gone, I'm so not envious of all the other people out there having sex. :P

You guys are AWESOME! I took a great nap this afternoon and then woke up to tons of nice comments! Thank you!

(especially to those women who husbands are gone for months and months and still encouraged whimpy "gone for a week" me!)

I was going to keep it vague on here, but you're too inquisitive about Dr's appointments!

I have to go have a biospy (blech on the key words there!) I'm sure it's nothing serious, but NOT what you want to hear from your doctor.

Lisa--if only you knew the things I tell my mom. This was tame! :-0

Wow, I think I could cut and paste this post into my blog.

Hope your dr. thing is nothing...

Remember all those times you asked me "How do you do it?" yeah, the same as you are now. One day at a time...and those days without the sex, well, they just seem somehow worse.
Love the mess. Add a little nail polish and poop and you've got yourself a Nona. :) Mommy showers are a disaster waiting to happen.
